Hey, I’m TC!

I’m a mostly self-taught home cook who loves learning and creating new recipes from the techniques I’ve picked up and the cultural meals I grew up with. I cook just about everything, but I specialize in Caribbean meals with my own personal spin. I make a mean pasta and I’m a beast on the grill.

NGL, don’t think of this platform as teaching because we’ll definitely be learning together. But that’s what makes this so exciting and why I’m so passionate about it. I hope you’ll traverse the world of cooking with me.
